When Dean Callan founded the company in 1963, he was one of the first to understand the commercial real estate business in Boulder County. Dean has been a primary factor in many of the sizeable transactions that have paved the way for developers to build and companies to grow. His experience in both brokerage and development has led to consulting for local corporations, trust departments and investors. In addition to his real estate expertise, Dean has been very committed to serving the community as Board Member of a number of institutions, including: Boulder Community Hospital, Colorado National Bank, Boulder Board of Realtors, Frasier Meadows Manor and the University of Colorado Buff Club.
