The Legacy & Founder
When Dean Callan founded the company in 1963, he was one of the first to understand the commercial real estate business in Boulder County. Dean was a primary factor in many of the sizeable transactions that paved the way for developers to build and companies to grow. His experience in both brokerage and development led to consulting for local corporations, trust departments and investors.
In addition to his real estate expertise, Dean was committed to serving the community as Board Member of a number of institutions, including: Boulder Community Hospital, Colorado National Bank, Boulder Board of Realtors, Frasier Meadows Manor and the University of Colorado Buff Club. Dean passed away at the age of 89 on October 1, 2011. The company is now in the hands of his children; however, Dean’s actions and words remain an integral part of the region’s business community.
“My goal has always been to be the most respected provider of real estate services in this marketplace.”
