BOULDER (October 28, 2021) – Dean Callan and Company is pleased to announce the sale of 2206-2010 Pearl Street, Boulder, CO. The 21,209-square-foot parcel, which includes a fully leased 5,510-square-foot commercial building, was sold on October 13, 2021 for $5,530,000. The Seller, 2206 Pearl LLC, was represented by Becky Gamble, Beau Gamble, and Kevin Nelson of Dean Callan and Company.
