LONGMONT — Bethesda, Maryland-based aerospace and defense contractor Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), which has long had a presence in Boulder, has expanded its Boulder County footprint with the recent lease of office space within the Xilinx Inc. campus in Longmont. Chernoff Boulder Properties purchased 450 Courtney Way in Lafayette on July 1, 2019 for $2,900,000 from 450 Management CO, LLC. Dryden Dunsmore and Hunter Barto, brokers at Dean Callan and Company represented Chernoff Boulder Properties in the transaction. Phil Robinson, principal at FPR Development, represented the Seller. The 16,750 SF building was 50% vacant at the time of the sale. Chernoff Boulder Properties also owns the Lafayette Commons building at 400 E Simpson Street, which was the winner of the 2015 Governor’s Award for Best Adaptive Reuse or Rehabilitation.
